Boston Qualifier

Running Accomplishments:

My best 5k since turning 50 is 20:18  My best Marathon at age 52 was 3:34

Short-Term Running Goals:

I qualified for Boston a few years but have never run this great race. So I need to requalify and actually run it very soon. Stay injury free.  Had plantar fasciaitus in both feet at different  times, with a ruptured fascia in the right foot during the Las Vegas Marathon 2006.  Not pretty.  Very good Sports Doctor Gregg got me back  and running with a lot of encouragement.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get back to winning my age group.

Personal:

Married twice and now I am on my own.  My son the musician in the picture. Just had a greatg review from Fox News on his latest Techno CD.  Project Pale

Ran with  Randy for half of the 20 mile. She pushed the pace the last 4 miles just to show off.
